PHTLS exam. Myself and more than 50% of my class is suffering trying to pass the PHTLS

Question

Myself and more than 50% of my class is suffering trying to pass the PHTLS national exam.  I partly believe it is do to inadequate classroom lectures.  I've read the book and thoroughly studied the chapter review questions so well I could recite them, but it just isn't helpful when taking the test.  Myself and most of my classmates have earned the same exact score for the pre-test, first post-test, and second re-take test.  We just aren't learning what questions we got wrong and continue to answer the questions the same way.  We only have one more chance to pass before having to take the entire course over again.  I need help!  What should I be studying and is there anyway I could get a copy of the national exam or get a better practice test other than the PHTLS chapter reviews?
