PHYSICIANS please........?

I often get a lot sweated, when compared to all.

for example, I sweat thatmuch after running 100metres, as

someone get the same amount of sweat after running 1500m.

Is this any kind of defect?

why is this abnormality caused to me?

What are the remedies?

  1. Its normal.

    Sweating a lot keeps you healthy and out of diseases.

    Because it releases allthe toxins through your skin.

    You can use some cooling powders such as navaratna cool talc or boro plus or dermicool ...etc.This helps.My hubby has the same problem and he deals with it with talcs.All the time he puts it, before going to the office and after coming home.You may carry a small bottle to your office to use it.

    And,the most IMPORTANT:Relax It is NORMAL.

    And do not forget to drink lots of water which you are sweating otherwise you will get health problems .

    Medicinal Remedies and or Supplementational Medicines are meant only for those who really are into sphere & purview of a particular disease {defect or abnormality : as who quoted} based on certain analytic theory of etiology ~ a study of causuation ; the cause of disease.

    What we call a discomfort as a DISEASE... a mere disconstructional mean of the word itself offers a host of understanding its inherent definational values... Dis' of Ease...

    Now, apart what you have asked for ...whether you feel discomfort while you sweat profusely, more than an average mark of concern ? ...whether you feel exhausted ? ...whether your pulse-rate of heart-beat increaases beyond level of tolerance ? ...whether you also feel gyration, that is momentary whirls deep into your cognitive consciuosness ? ...whether any sort of discomfort that can brief your ownself for its effective feel of concern with which surely gives a clue & cue to understand as to what is a real hidden factor of vector that forwards its cause for you to sweat profusively. ?

    Based on these self analysis, on it being refered to some Physician would amount to a certitude of help on basis of Etiological Process.

    If you really do not feel any such discomfort, then just ahead self with lot of exercise spelled by prudent knowledge to keep fit & fine and slowly on practicing task -n- torque would make you get rid of this disliked source of profuse sweating


  3. I have this problem too.

    My BMI is average, so I'm not overweight.

    Everybody just sweats at different rates, if you wonder around you'll eventually find another person who sweats a lot too.

    I get around it by wearing polyester tshirts, they're easier to dry and just feels lighter when they're full of sweat.

    But if you find something better, tell me too. :)
