can someone help me with this problem?

calculate the instantaneous speed (in m/s) at the 10 second mark for a car that accelerates at 2m/s^2 from a position of rest.

multiply the acceleration by the time mark, simple. just think about what you want (m/s), what you have (m/s^2), and what you need to do to get what you want. in this case, it was multiplying by the time mark. m/s^2 multiplied by s equals m/s. the answer is 20 m/s. these kinds of problems are really easy once you've grasped an understanding of simple dimensional analysis.
