PIANO PLAYERS, HELP!!!!!?

I am learning how to play the piano. I do not have a teacher.I am teaching my self to play with this teach yourself piano book and I need to know what notes do you press down for the C7 chord and the B flat chord, thanks so much, and if you have any other piano playing tips for me that would be great. Thank you a million times!!!

C7 chord:

(middle)C E G Bb

there is also another similar chord called C7maj, and that is:

C E G B

That's a jazz chord.  The C7 (plain) is for, like, country music and gospel.

Bb chord:

Bb D F

You can also play the C7 chord as:

Bb C E G

then move your middle finger and pinky finger over, to switch to the Bb chord:

Bb D F
