Question

how do you put a picture inside of sunglasses?

like here's an example :

and if you know how to do it,

Photoshop.  Have the black and white be the back layer and cut out a segment of a pic for the top layer.  Once over the b&w you can rotate it and make it bigger or smaller to fit the glasses.

This is actually simple.  Using photoshop, you can cut the picture that you want to include in exactly the shape of the eyeglasses and paste it over the other picture.  You have to use layers and then flatten the image.

That is the simpliest way.  Other features include diffusing the edges to make it more natural.

You can use basic stuff like paint, but it would be better if you used Paint Shop, or Photoshop..

So you get the picture of the picture you want in the sunglasses. Then you open it up to Paint (the easiest way) then you cut it into the shape of the sunglasses (there should be a button that can make you do that). Then you open up the picture (in the same window) and you just drag it into the sunglasses. Then... viola! Theres your picture. =]
