PICTURE EDITING!! black and white help!?

know how to make pictures black and white, but i was wondering how i would filter out one color. Example (this isn't mine):

sorry I couldn't see your pic - you have to be logged in, but I will try and answer

essentially you need a picture editing programme like photoshop (or gimp but i don't know this programme). If you want to have one thing in colour and everything b&w, draw around object, cut it out, put it on another layer on top, make original b&w

if you are talking about having say no yellow in a picture you will have to play about with the colour controls until you get the effect you want

if you ask your question in the visual arts section there might be someone who could do it for you -- make the pic accessible first
