  2. go to the Bramalea City Centre theres a store there called little Mexico. theres a guy that works out of that store that does good piercing jobs hes a friend of a friend i have seen some of his work

Just grab a phone book and look up piercing and tattoo parlors.  Call them and ask about it.  While their on the line you can ask the price, directions to get there, and schedule a free consultation.  A consultation will give you a chance to check out the cleanliness, professionalism, piercing practices and see the piercers portfolio.
