PIERCING QUESTION? Please help, my snug piercing really hurts :( ?

I got my Snug pierced 3 days ago and up until now it has been fine.. sore yes but not painful.. I bumped it today and my ear has swollen to twice its normal size and is very red and painful. It so swollen it is struggling to contain my bar ... I know this is probably because I bumped it, but is there a possibility of infection 3 days after piercing.. Is there any solutions to help the swelling?? Ive put ice on it and taken anti inflammitory pills... any suggestions... All my other piercings have healed perfectly fine..

Take off the ring for a little while. Put some ice on the swollen areas continuously to get rid of the swollen parts.When its healed, go back to normal. Put some salt water on the hole to help heal it.

that happened to me but it was with my cartilage piercings

well give it a salt water bath

anti inflammatory pills

bactine (VERY LIMITED AMOUNT) otherwise your skin will dry out

keep your hair away from it

sorry just wait for the swelling to go down
