How much are cigarettes and cigars at the tabaco shops at the mall on the Playa Dorada Resort?

The cigars are very good here in the Dominican Republic, just ask somebody who knows about cigars, because there are also many copies (of cuban cigars) and they are bad very bad of taste. Try to find the new 58 Cincocho, this is a very good gigar for the real cigar lovers and they are not expensive! Buy your cigarettes in the supermarkets not at the mall (to expensive!)

Like Happy Feet already told you, don't buy at the Plaza it is way to expensive ( tourist prices) Just go shopping in the town of Puerto Plata, the supermarket will sell you your cigarettes. For cigars you can contact Happy Feet I heard he has a new brand that's very good.

Hi, me again.

You need to know the prices of cigars, well if you buy them in the Plaza of Playa Dorada you will sometimes pay 2x the price. For example a good cigar box of 25 Churchill units you will pay them between 5 to 7 000 pesos. I can provide you the same for 4.500 pesos!!!

One carton of Marlboro : 800 pesos (10 boxes)
