PLAYSTANTION 3 HELP! How do I record a video?

Question

I know there is an item you can buy to record videos on a playstation 3. People use them to record videos for things like Call Of Duty4 and those kind of things. What are these called, how much are they (On average), and where can I get one?

PLEASE HELP ME OUT, Maybe if I get one you'll see my videos somewhere eh?
