  1. Yes. It's a fixed bill together with the basic monthly telephone bills. If you are going to use your landline to call DDD or NDD or cellphone. Ibang usapan na yun!


  2. no, it's not a fixed price. there are surcharges.  be sure to ask the person who installs it before you sign a release form... by the way, please ask questions in english.  the whole world doesn't have to know how mayabang you are.
