sooo the weather is going to be bad i suppose? but what is 30% for precipitation?? what is the chance out of 1 -10 of rain??? cause i REALLY need to know, i appreciate all of your answers! thanks

also, if the weather is changed, then would it get better or worse?? what is the usual? please dont use factoral equations or anything like that!!

Usually a 30% chance of rain means you won't see rain, . but you never knlow. 30% means 3 out of 10 chance.  30% chance means either one of two things.  30% of the area will see rain, or there is a 30% chance that the area will get rain. Either way you are in good shape. But sometimes they change it and up it to like 50%, or they could lower the chances
