how does someone, a company or other, send an email with your address as the sender?? I've received a spam email today, with my own address as the sender? How does that happen and how can you stop it?

is it the real sender or is it just the reply to?

It does sound as if you need a firewall, antivirus and antispyware software and run them. (You can get these for free and they don't take long to install although they might take a little while to run especially the first time.)

sounds like you might have a virus or a trojan. Run spyware program and anti-virus program. If that don't works mark your address as spam and it should block it from then on.
