  1. go under prefrences add printer serial number code your done ten points please

  2. When I select PRINT from this page, I get several tabs:

General tab to select 'Print to file, Print to PDF file, MP140 series'. If I want it on paper, I select the Canon MP140.

    Page setup on tab 2:

    1. pages per side

    2. One or Two sided

    3. Only print (All sheets/even or odd sheets)

    4. Paper type (plain/photo etc)

    5. Paper source (auto)

    Next tab (3):

option to ignore scaling and shrink to fit page width, options to print background images or colours

Options for Header and Footer, page # of #, date, time etc.

Tab 4 - Job priority, Cover pages, Print document Now, at (time), on hold

Tab 5 - colour model (rgb, grayscale, inverted, CMY, CMYK, KCMY)

    Tab 6 - Colour precision (normal/best)

Page fit - shrink to fit, expand, or crop

    Output brightness/contrast/saturation/image type (text/graphics etc)

Cyan / Magenta / Yellow / Black density settings

Colour correction (including various dithering/raw/accuracy settings)

Gamma settings, GCR transition, and so on...

Why are you so interested? Don't you have your own Print Preferences/options box? You must know that it's different depending on the printer/software/driver that you use, so it's different for most people!

I can't type a picture, sorry. If you need a screenshot, then email me and I'll send a few back to you.
