PLEASE HELP 10 POINTS!!??what do i do!!=[?

my bird has been slleping alot in the day time is he how do i make him better he is usally always in the sun and i took him inside thanks!

if hes a baby then its fine they sleep all the time, never leave your bird in the sun, they can quickly overheat which is what probably happened to yours give him a cool bath and if he isnt better take him to a vet

and please try to add details, bird type, age etc..

As long as your bird is not sitting at the bottum of the cage it is ok for him to sleep all the time if he is tired. My birds take naps every day and then sing most of the night LOL! Keep your bird in doors where it is cooler during the summer months, if you were keeping your bird outdoors at night it was probably too scared to sleep for fear of the night. In doors birds get scared of the dark too, so keeping a night light on for them will help them see more at night and allow them to sleep more.

OK I'm not sure how to help you, you haven't provided us with too many details....

What do you mean he's always in the sun?  Maybe it's too hot outside?

Or do you keep his cage inside by a window?  Well, indoors or outdoors, his cage should never be in the direct sunlight unless there are corners or areas of his cage that are shaded or covered - so he can move out of the sun when he needs to.  It gets too hot in the direct sun light without shade.  Does he have access to clean cool water (in a BIG bowl) at all times?  And food also?

It is natural for birds to take little rests and naps throughout the day. But depending on what you mean, sleeping a lot or "all the time" isn't a good thing.  Maybe it's time for a vet check-up.

Maybe he's bored?  Does he have branches and/or perches set at different levels so he can climb around and chew on toys?
