PLEASE HELP 1992 Cheverlet blazer inspection sticker question.?

I have a 1992 Cheverlet blazer and last year I was rejected for the inspection sticker because i need routers. Then I had them fixed and i went to the same place and they still said I need to get my routers fixed. Then I went to another machenic who inspected it and it passed. Since, they don't have to put 1992 models on the machine, will my truck pass this year in a less strict place?
