What is the best black mechanical eyeliner that lasts all day long, doesnt smear, and has a rich and intense color? (I currently use the MAC technakohl liner, but is there any eyeliner out there thats better?)

I like Avon for pencil liner, but if you are really looking for intense color and staying power try out a liquid.  I use Loreal and it's great!

Styli-Style waterproof self sharpening stick eyeliner. It's magical. But, you already use a good liner. If you try setting it with eyeshadow it will last a lot longer... really if you set any liner with powder it stay on for a longer time. But if you want to try something different that wont break the bank ($7.00) Stlyi-Stye is for you. Hope I helped.

try wet and wild i use the green and it stays on all day maybe its te same with the black
