PLEASE HELP FISH DYING!!! fish just had head trama?

Question

i woke up and my fish's head was stuck in the filter. its not a strong filter though, so i was able to get him out of it by simply by lifting up the filter. he has good moments where he swims around just a little top heavy, then he'll sit curved over on his side forming an arch. we are trying despearately to keep him stimulated. his breathings a little heavy. gawd please help!!!

uurrmm, ride it out- if it dies, you'll know there wasnt anything you could have done... I dont think vets treat fishes...
