PLEASE HELP! I don't know what camera to get!?

Please help me! I am in the market for a digital camera and I am looking at two different cameras. they're the kodak m763 and the canon a473 they are both practicaly the same camera but just a different shell and a different brand. I have heard great things about both so I don't know what to get! ANY advice would be VERY helpful!!!!!! Thank You!!!!!

Hands down...  the Canon.   The reason for my answer is simple.  I am employed with a camera repair facility.

As a professional photographer, I strongly advise you to get the Canon.

If you ever consider buying anything else besides Canon, get an Olympus or a Nikon.

Personal opinion here. Get the Canon. Or dont get the Kodak, whichever way you want to take that. A Nikon or Olympus would be good too.
