PLEASE HELP!!? I need engineering major tips!!?

Question

Okay, I am stuck between what type of engineering is right for me; here is a few specifics I am looking for:

- not work in an office 24/7

- has hands-on work

- works in teams and offers leadership positions

- develops general technology for living green

- designs electronics

Right now I am looking at electrical engineering

A career in electrical engineering can be very lucrative, however, there are many jobs that have you spending a lot of time in the office.  If you are interested in design work, you will be doing calculations and/or wiring diagrams (probably in your office).  Leadership opportunities are definitely available, but typically you would be doing more managerial activities (office work and more meetings).  

Generally speaking, if you are interested in hands on work that is not in your office, you might want to consider a technician job.  Engineering school is a lot of hard work and to go through all of that and not enjoy your job would be a shame.

Take BS in Electronics and Communication Engineering but I think they do not have that specific degree in the us so you have to take the BS in Electrical Engineering and major in electronics and communication or either. I assume they should have that as an option on your major.
