PLEASE HELP!!! I want admin status on Vista?

Question

OK, I want to download Google Earth and other programs, but I'm not an admin. How can I become an admin? I did a prompt but it said error five. I know you can buy software and make discs to hack the main admins pass, but I don't want to do that. I just want to be able to download programs without having to get admin approval, since the admin's never home and won't give me the password. I'll give five stars to the first person who can give me instructions that work!

Go to the administrator's account and download from there; or you could ask the admin account owner of your computer to enable downloads!

Ask whoever owns the computer to install it if they say no then dont install the program. They didnt make you an admin so people wouldnt install useless c**p like your trying to do.

go find the file that you downloaded and right click it and select "run as" while you are a user.  type in the admin password,  if you know it.
