1. 1. turn off system restore

    2. boot in safe mode

    3. run your scans

    4. re boot if clean turn on system restore.

  2. download AVG it is very good virus scanner and work automatically on your computer and remove trozon horse which is very bad virus scanner

Install and Run ONE Antivirus Program

    --AVG Anti-Virus Free Edition http://www.grisoft.com/

    --Avast Anti-Virus Home Edition http://www.avast.com/

    --Avira Anti-Virus http://www.free-av.com/

if you want other virus scanner to remove anti spyware then download this

    --Spybot Search and Destroy http://www.safer-networking.org/index2.h...

    --Spyware Terminator http://www.spywareterminator.com/...

    --AdAware http://www.lavasoft.com/

    --Glary Utilities http://www.glaryutilities.co

  3. I suggest you to scan your computer online to be sure that this whole infection is real and try to remove it online too. Here are some good online scanners: http://www.eset.com/onlinescan/ or http://support.f-secure.com/enu/home/ols...

If this won't work you can try to remove it manually, but be careful cause you can mess up your system especially when you delete files in windows registry.I had a similar problem and my choice was to reinstall windows.

  4. Which Antivirus have you used i recommend you please download this Antivirus AVG go to this website then download http://www.download.com/AVG-Anti-Virus-F... In order to protect yourself from this happening again it is important that take proper care and precautions when using your computer. Make sure you have updated antivirus and spyware removal software running, all the latest updates to your operating system, a firewall, and only open attachments or click on popups that you know are safe. These precautions can be a tutorial unto itself, and lukily

  5. You can download Eset Smart Security here: http://www.eset.com/download/free_trial_...

    Its 30-day

    Light on your sys

update its database before running a scan

OR use system restore on safe mode

  6. it could be your anti virus which shows up a virus just to make you think that its working and picks up other viruses that some cant, as you know companies are always in competition. Depending on what version of windows you have you could run windows defender if you have windows vista which may be able to get rid of it. If not go to download.com and download AVG or ad-aware. Download and install those and they should get rid of your viruses. Especially AVG is it will be always running in the background, always protecting, called a generic anti virus.

  7. This whole thing is free....................................... I have copied this whole list because you tend to have a virus and can't remove it with your current anti-virus, OR i am displaying this because you have just told me that you use Norton, AVG, Macafee, or some other virus i do not recommend. but this is what i recommend: I am going to show you one of the very few working and good and working firewall you may use, i will give you a really good anti-virus that works really well and can detect 98% off all viruses, and updates nearly 4 times a week!. I will also give you immunizations to your computer/laptop that include immunizing your computer/laptop with anti-spyware to block it before entering your laptop/computer. You will get an antispyware which also is really good. I will also give you an adviser that will show you weather the site is potentially harmful or not. and one more thing a really good ANTISPYWARE xD_______________________________ For your Anti-virus needs I TRUELY recommend getting Avast! antivirus because well i had norton, switched to avg both found no spyware and viruses, but i tried Avast (download free edition from http://www.avast.com/eng/download-avast-... ) (you must also register the program for FREE at: http://www.avast.com/eng/home-registrati... ) and guess what i had over 80 viruses!!!!! that is why i recommend it. now i know AVG is REALLY popular, but i can guarantee you it has a really bad virus database................................... ........................................... for your Anti-Spyware needs: you HAVE TO HAVE A REALLY GOOD ONE and that one is called: SUPERantiSpyware home edition (found at http://www.superantispyware.com ) ........................................... Now you need immunizations for future protections and a decrease in 70% chance of getting some kind of spyware. For that you may use Spyware blaster( found at: www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.... ) ................... I also promised you a SITEadviser! for that i advise Mcafeesiteadviser (this can be found at www.siteadviser.com ).......................................... And lastly i will give you a firewall. I deeply recommend using PC Tools firewall PLUS (That can be found here: http://www.pctools.com/firewall/ ).......................................... IMPORTANT NOTE: REMEMBER TO ONLY USE ONE ANTIVIRUS BUT U MAY USE AS MANY ANTISPYWARE PROGRAMS as you want. congratulations you are now equipped with the best protection you will need but getting those full versions might even get you to a better security level, but do not worry this is what i deeply recommend.

  8. There are a lot of virus out there. Some of the antivirus programs remove them and some dont even see them. The important thing is to know what the name of the virus is and then we can help you. I would try F-prot for antivirus and Super antispyware remover.

  9. find were it is in c: and go in and delete it manualy the scan should tell u were it is it might be hidden so go to tools folder options show hidden folders and files and then look
