PLEASE HELP ME WITH MY BLUE NANO [8g]

My Blue nano [8g] Sometimes freezes and sometimes doesn't. It also won't let me do anything like listen to music, play games, watch videos, or anything! PLEASE please please help me i really don't know what to do and im freakin out!
