I need to call my sis in United Kingdom from United States but I already asked this question but I couldn't find what I needed 'cause I'm gonna call her on her cellular so I don't know what I have to dial, all I know is 011 and then 44 but then what? My mom says 5 'cause she says that is you're going to call to a cellular you have to mark 5 but I'm not sure, please help!!!

P.S Her city name is Chichester, East but it doesn't appear in the website people are giving me so that's y I keep repeating this question sorry, SOMEONE HELP ME AND GO HERE AND YOU'LL SEE HER CITY DOESN'T APPEAR THERE :( http://www.countrycallingcodes.com/

Dial 0 and ask for an International Operator. They can assist you in dialing the number.

All UK mobile (cellular) phone numbers start with a 7 rgardless of which city you live in. If you call inside the UK then you dial 07xxx xxxxxx. If you dial from the US then you need to take the 0 off and prefix with 011 for international and 44 for the UK - so the full number will be 011 44 7xxx xxxxxx. Note all UK mobile numbers are 0 then 10 digits starting with the 7.

Ignore that website thats only for landlines. For a cell phone just put 011+44 then the number without the 0.
