PLEASE HELP ME!!! Why wont my phone wont come on?

Ok I have a Samsung Sync SGH-a707. When I went to bed last night, it was on. But when I woke up, it was on the charger, but off. It wont turn on now except for to light up and just show the model number for a split second. I've taken the battery out and put it back in... I don't know WHAT is going on! PLEASE HELP ME!

I had that phone, very good phone, one day at the mall I went to make a call, & the phone just died, 6 weeks from completion of contract. Took it to store, was told it just died!!!!

If you've had phone less than 1 year contact customer service, & do a phone exchange.

If you are due for upgrade do that, otherwise you may have to get a new phone. You could go on e-bay, & get similar phone, or buy cheap phone to fulfill contract.

I recommend going to carriers store, & talking to salesman, that's what I did, the guy gave me a very good deal on replacement phone. He also threw in some free accessories!!!!

My first guess is you might need a new battery. It sounds like your battery has met it's life span, but take it to a service center from your carrier, like a T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint store for example!

Let them look it over and make sure my diagnosis is correct.
