Well if you want to lose 2 pounds a week then you need to do this:

Burn 3,500 calories a week. That is 500 Calories a day. You should do aerobics/cardio/run alot.

Then consume 3,500 less calories a week. <-------- THIS PART

    My suggestion would be, if you wake up at normal hours of the day, to have a snack in the morning, maybe a breakfast shake. Wait 30 minutes, then go jogging for 30 to 45 mins. Get home and do pushups and sit ups.

    The key to losing weight is to get your metabolism going. Eating small meals throughout the day is ideal for that.

  3. Eat less.  If you currently eat 2500 calories a day, dropping that down to 2000 calories a day will have you consuming 500 a day less or 500*7 = 3500 less calories a week.
