  1. Just make better alternatives, like:

When ordering pizza eat one slice of cheese instead of 2 or 3,

When ordering a side to the pizza, get a salad instead of the chicken wings,

When you lose weight, treat yourself with your favorite junk food (I eat a chocolate bar when I lose 5 pounds) This will get you motivated!!

Eat celery with peanut butter instead of crackers and peanut butter

Just make small adjustments to your lifestyle so you can stick with it.

    good luck!

There is no quick alternative to losing weight Trust me I've been there done that its not pretty.

  3. just go all natural. and excersise often. you will see a difference. since you are vegan, it should be easier for you. im vegan, too.

  4. exercize!! do not eat junk, try more fruits and veg. and b/c u are vegan, make sure u are taking some kind of vitamins or suplements.

  5. Don't fast!!  That iwll stop your metabolism, just aim for 1400 balanced calories per day.  If you want quick but not lasting weight loss you should aim to dehydrate yourself, not healthy but quick for easy results.  Also aim for 30 minutes a day 5 days a week of strength or resistance training, pushups etc.  And 30 minutes or more of cardio 30 minutes a day 5 days a week.
