Im breaking out so much like i have never had this problem all of a sudden i have alot of acne i need to get rid of it please help asap!!!

  1. ah that happened to me too.

    but after researching, i noticed an improvement in my skin after rubbing half a lemon on my face twice a day. the lemon juice doesn't sting at all!


  2. If you go see a Dermatologist they can prescribe an antibiotic or cream that will work for your skin but not necessarily for everyone.

    I didn't really want to see a doctor about my acne before I did because I didn't really want to admit that I had bad acne. After I went though, I got the right medication for my skin and my acne has cleared up. Not overnight, though. It's a process.

    well i had the same problem and i drank water and tea for liek a whole mess of days. of course i ate too but i meant those were hte only liquids i drank and most of the acne went away (=

  6. Chill. Stress will only make it worse.

    Drink lots of water, cut on the sweets, wash your face and tone.

    Stay outside.

  8. i always read skincare tips

    in magazines and stuff, so here

    are the most helpful ones.

    (it's gonna be a long answer, lol)

    you'll need:

    - medicated cleanser

    like neutrogena oil-free acne wash

    - medicated moisturizer

    like clinique dramatically different gel

    - scrub or mask to use twice a week

    like st. ives apricot scrub

    - acne treatment cream with benzoyl peroxide

    like clearasil

    - acne treatment cream with salicylic acid

    like clean & clear invisible

    - hand sanitizer

    like purell

    wash your face with the cleanser

    every am & pm, rinse off with cold

    water, dry your face then apply moisturizer.

    in the morning, rub on the benzoyl peroxide

    cream so it dries up and doesn't appear greasy

    or shiny on your skin.

    at night, use the salicylic acid one.

    make sure you don't use too much of either

    because they will dry up your skin. if you have

    oilier skin though you can use a tiny bit at nighttime

    to suck up oil.

    twice a week, scrub your face or use a purifying mask.

    scrub it in with a buffing sponge, or put on the mask and

    relax for fifteen minutes then rinse it off.

    acne = bacteria.

    hand sanitizer kills like 99% of bacteria,

    so it's worth a try! i've never tried it - i bet it

    would be a little burning but it probably works

    well.

    avoid:

    - touching your face

    remember:

    - drink at least two bottles of

    water a day. even that'll show a difference.

    remember to eat a ton of fruit and vegetables,

    too! i like to have an apple, a mini pear, and a

    peach for breakfast.

  9. get Proactiv asap!!!! you only need the cleanser... not the whole system.  its about seventeen bucks.

    There is a Neutrogena face wash/mask you should get too.  I only use it as a mask when I break out and it makes my face heal faster with less redness.

    Vitamin e oil with help the redness go away sooner as well, and is great for your eyebrows.

    I only use Lubriderm lotion on my face, and when I have a pimple, I put Maybelline liquid concealer on it and then Cover Girl pressed powder on top of that.



    Put extra emphasis on your eye makeup and people will be more drawn to your eyes than any other distraction on your skin.

  10. Get nuetrigena (sp?) blackheads and acne apricot scrub

    i use it, but i don't have any pimples. and

    that is why!! use it every morning and night,

    scrub it onto your face for about

    a minute or so, then wash your face off with water. =)

    2. wash your face with regular soap - dont use acne medicines

    3. exercise daily

    4. take a multivitamin

    if you do these, you will never get acne again in your life.

  14. worrying about it will bring it on even more! (stress is a major cause of break outs) my suggestion is to put toothpaste on all of the painful welts (you know the kind that hurt if you touch them) and wipe it off after 15 minutes to prevent it from clogging your other pores. the toothpaste will dry it so it has a head and you can pop it and squeeze all of that junk out of there. the sooner you do this, the more it will heal! good luck!

  17. Use a facial wash like clean and clear or go to a dermatologist. You need to look into solving all together, proactive stops working eventually and it hurts and burns like h*ll. Its not always what you eat that causes it mine is 100% genetic, they tell you to temperaliy cut it out and if it makes a difference keep it up if not go back.
