PLEASE HELP NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT ?

I am 15 years old im not fat but i would like to shed of some fat . Please help me I need help something that i can do to lose weight in 1 week tops and a lot of it .SCHOOL is starting soon and I need helppppp!!!!!!!!

  3. Well first you need to figure out how much you need to lose. What is your height and weight? This will allow you to get your BMI and know which range of healthiness you are in or not in.

    Exercise is the best! Find out what you enjoy doing such as basketball, baseball or swimming and go do it 3x a week. However if you want to lose weight FAST start increasing your metabolism by eating 5x a day (3 light meals and 2 healthy snacks in between) and running for about half an hour or 45min.

    Dont overdue it, or you will create more problems for yourself, but just be conscious of what your putting into your body. Good luck!

  4. you can eat whatever you want..except different.

    when you're looking for your snacks at the store, look for low fat stuff.

    lowfat yogurt, baked chips...etc.

    also, i would maybe excersize.

    if you have a wii, use it a few times a week, make it fun.

    drink at least 6 tall glasses/bottles of fresh water per day.

    go out with friends, just walk around with them.

    or ask  them to go skating with you or anything else that gets you moving.
