PLEASE HELP PLEASE COMPUTER VIRUS?

ok i have tried everything 2 get rid of this virus Win32:Spyware-gen(trj) and nothing works it wont get deleted it wont move to chest ive downloaded superantispyware and it doesnt get rid of it i used bitdefender online scan and Kaspersky free online scan and nothing works PLEASE HELP ME PLEASE IVE BEEN TRYIN 2 GET RID OF THIS 4 HOURS!

some anti-viruses don't delete viruses... some times you must physically edit your registry and files... look up ways to fix the problem and follow instructions

Try Avira or NOD32 antivirus.

Yeah, What Sachin said, if ur using a free spyware program u download of the internet with not registering of anything, just one click download, 9 times out of 10 they are spyware themselves.  Use one u have to register for right now and then spend some money on one... they pay for themselves after a while... they do there job

well, if you absolutly cant get rid of it, you can always do a factory image restore, but that makes your computer exactly how you got it.

You havent tried the best antivirus in the world ....

Download Avast Antivirus ..... register it online ... everything is free .... then scan and delete the vius and from next time no virus can even touch your computer ....

Your only option is to install CLAMWIN.

that uses the GNU General Public License by the Free Software

Foundation and is free (as in freedom) software.

There is a portable version of ClamWin where it can be install into an USB pendrive as small as 64 MB.

First use another PC to download Clamwin portable anti-virus

and install Clamwin portable on a USB thumb drive.

Update the latest anti-virus definition files.

Set the preferences to delete or move virus to a quarantine folder.

When the USB pendrive is ready.

Boot up the infected PC in safe mode.

If possible, disable system restore on the infected PC.

Run the Clamwin Anti-virus that is installed on the USB drive to scan the infected PC.

Scan all hard drives for viruses.
