PLEASE HELP!! PLEASE!!Avast found a "TROJAN HORSE"... How do i get rid of it???

Question

It says-

Available Actions - (Move/Rename), (Delete...), And (Move to Chest)..

It also says "RECOMMENDED ACTION": ---> Move to Chest..

When i clicked that it said in RED Letters... "The Process Cannot Access The File Because It Is Being Used By Another Process..." What does it mean??

What Do i Do????

PLEASE HELP ME!!

Oh and it also says at the bottom-

Processing- (No action) Note: if you press "No Action", the malware will NOT be activated...

It also says- (In Underlined) - Schedule boot-time scann. Should i do that as my second option... ?

* Its not going to let you delete Trojan because the program is running at system start up..you must turn off your system restore, then start you computer in safe mode so the program isn't running, then it will let you delete this virus with no problems.

* Windows Safe Mode is a way to boot up the Windows operating system in order to let you troubleshoot or run administrative and diagnostic tasks. When it is booted into Safe Mode the operating system only loads the minimum software that is required for the operating system to work. Only basic video drivers are loaded so your programs may look different than normal.

* First turn off System Restore...

* Steps to turn off System Restore...

1. Click Start, right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.

2. In the System Properties dialog box, click the System Restore tab.

3. Click to select the Turn off System Restore check box. Or, click to select the Turn off System Restore on all drives check box.

4. Click OK.

5. Click Yes to confirm that you want to turn off System Restore.

* Operation:

* Restart your computer.

Immediately after Starting Windows... information is displayed, press the F8 key on your keyboard. Select the Safe Mode option from the menu using the arrow keys.

Then press Enter on your keyboard to boot into Safe Mode.

As soon has you start your reboot, start clicking on the key F8 on your keyboard, until a windows opens that shows SAFE MODE, LAST GOOD CONFIGURATION, ETC. ETC.   NOW USE YOUR KEYBOARD CURSER TO MOVE UPTO SAFE MODE AND HIT ENTER WITH YOUR KEYBOARD AND WAIT WHILE YOUR SYSTEM TAKES YOU INTO SAFE MODE.    THE MONITOR IS GOING TO LOOK VERY STRANGE, IGNORE HOW THE MONITOR LOOKS, AND RUN YOUR ANTIVIRUS TO SCAN FOR THE TROJAN AND THEN PUT IN THE VAULT CHEST.  WHEN COMPLETED. EXIST OUT OF THE SAFE MODE, AS YOU WOULD WITH A NORMAL REBOOT.
