PLEASE HELP RUNNING TEST TOMMORROW...PE TEACHERS???

HELP... I have to RUN a mile tommorow and i can barley run for more that 30 seconds i am no fit like that but i do exersize and im 13 5 foot 1 inches and 112 pounds please help i dont know what to do and during it i cant stop at all and i have to RUN!!! If i stop i have to start again and there are kids in the past where they passes out and the ambulance had to rush them to the hospital and put them on oxegyn.

How do i prepair????

  1. try going for a long but easy jog around your neighborhood tonight so you get sorta used to running for a while. Then, tommorow before your test, stretch all your muscles and bring a water bottle to drink from between laps. good luck!


  2. first what you do is pace yourself. Alot of kids start out at a sprint but cant finish because they lost all of there energy.  take it a t a very slow jog. For me i do 3/4 of a lap jogging then walk the next 1/4 of the way to catch my breath. You could also speed walk the turns if you are on a track and jog the straights.

    On the last lap though i try to push my self to the limit and either jog the whole distance or sprint.

      Every time you do the mile you should push for a shorter time. And bring a bottle of water and take LITTLE sips before the start. If you drink too much water befor the start it is easier to get cramps in your sides and stuff.  GOOD LUCK!!!!!
