I JUST MOVED TO THE UK A FEW DAYS AGO AND I REALLY NEED TO FIND OUT MY POSTAL CODE TO CREATE MY EMAIL TO EMAIL MY FREINDS IN THE US PLEASE IF U KNOW TELL ME. ALSO I LIVE IN OXFOR IF THAT HELPS.

There's no need to shout!  I suggest you find a dictionary and look up the meaning of the word emergency.  This is hardly a matter of life and death.  

UK postcodes apply to streets as well as suburbs.  Why don't you just ask your next door neighbour what their post code is.  It's the quickest way.

If you had email with Yahoo/MSN/Hotmail etc before you came here then you can still use it whilst you are here.  There is no need to set up a new account.

But it you truly need to find your postcode then type in the rest of your address at this link and you will get the code you need...

go onto the Royal Mail website, there is a Postal code checker, put in your address, and it will tell you

a postcode is different for each street, so just telling us your town is not useful

Emergency?   Well, I don't think you need to know your postal code  to use your email.  You can use your email and email your friends just like before.  I moved to another country and it did not change the  way I email others.  and I did not need my postal code to email them.  The best way to learn your postal code, may be to just go ask a neighbor.  I am sure there are several different postal codes in Oxford.
