PLEASE HELP! VERY URGENT COMPUTER QUESTION!?

Question

After dr.wtsn32 infected my computer, I couldn't boot my computer. Eventually, I was able to, but then my computer was displayed in a very crappy resolution and I COULDN'T OPEN OR RUN ANYTHING! I tried every solution, but it all came down to running some sort of program, which I couldn't do.

CAN ANYBODY RESOLVE THIS?
