Just as the people here said, check eBay, Froogle, Amazon, etc.

Search Google until your eyeballs fall out, and if nothing comes up and you're defeated, try look for that face on Google Images, Flickr, etc and create the T-Shirt:

Do you have a shirt printing shop where you live? We do where I live, and all you'd have to do is bring in that picture and they could put it on a T-shirt for you. Or go to a site that you can use to customize your own shirts. It's kind of expensive, but you can make that exact shirt there, too. Good luck! :]
