PLEASE HELP WITH A BANK WIRE INFO. CAN i GET SCAMED IF i GET A BANK WIRE !?

I SOLD A WATCH ON EBAY $ 3000 THE GUY WHO WON THE WATCH IS FROM POLAND ,BUT HE DOES NOT HAVE CONFIRMED PAPAL ADDRESS.SO I WONT TAKE HIS MONEY BECAUSE OF THE FRAUDS!!! BUT HE ASK ME FOR BANK WIRE .IS THERE ANY WAY WHEN HE GET THE WATCH AND CANCEL THE WIRE, IS THIS SAFE ???? I DON'T WAN TO LOSE THE WATCH OR MONEY.. PLEASE HELP

He has to wire the amount to your bank.  The exact amount, not a penny more (that is what the fraud guys do).  Wait till your bank says it is cleared and is from a reputable bank then you can ship the watch.  

Next time put on there that you do not ship overseas.  USA only.

If this is a scam, you won't RECEIVE the wire.  The problem is, the same information required to SEND a wire to your account, can be used to TAKE money out of your account.  NEVER supply your account information to ANYONE you don't trust.

It is safe, he can not recall wired money.    It should show up in your account within hours.
