PLEASE HELP WITH PHOTO SHOP!

I cant figure out how to put pictures and paint my custom car for nascar 09 with photo shop. The demos did not help at all, i am a complete idiot when it comes to this. If you have did this and have a video you could show me, that would be awesome. I am going back out to sea soon so time is of the essence, thanks!
