PLEASE HELP convert palm's treo 3g2 files to work for windows movie maker?

I have a palm treo and i just recorded a video. I've tried alot of things online to convert the video; some didnt have sound, some said that it dont support 3g2. May someone give me some advice on how to convert 3g2 to mpg or mpeg or to avi.
