my ex and i broke up a few months ago but always promised we would go back out when i moved back where I'm originally from

last night my friend texted him at a party telling him this guy was going to ask me out so my ex tells my friend me and him we are back together he then sends me a text asking me back out

so i say yes and stuff but he said its got to be a secert till i move back down how come he is willing to tell my friends but not hes side

please help

I 100% agree w/ number 1 and 2...

A guy did that to me and it turned out that he didnt want to tell his friends but he told mine because he wasnt ready to commit fully so the less people that knew the less people that would think he was an a** hole...

Dont be so dumb. Its a secret because he has a girlfriend now. And he just asked you to get back together becasue he didnt want you to be with another guy. Stop being a sucker and tell him to f off.
