PLEASE LOOK AT DESCRIPTION FOR PROBLEM, ITS PROBLEM WITH RAM

Crucial.com is saying i have no ram

i dont there scan caus ei want to upgrade from 2gb ram to 4gb ram becuase of my gaming

i dont the scan and it said that slot 1 and 2 are empty

doe does this mean that the 2gb ram is inside a 3rd slot or something

please explain why crucial say slot 1 and 2 are empty

You clearly have ram, I can't say why it crucial.com would say you don't have any without seeing their system. You can find out your ram in the manual that came with your pc.
