PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help ?

Question

Hello, basically i live in the u.k and have purchased a hair product , helix hot tools deep waver, the problem is i cannot use it as the plug make is obviously different in the u.s.a to the one in the u.k are there any sites i can buy ones from, possibly attaching the switch onto another one and then using it because in the u.k it is three but in america its only used as two.

please help

Men's electric shavers only have two 'pins' too. Men have to use a special three pin plug in the electrical socket first. The plug has two holes that the shaver then plugs into. Go to an electrical store and ask for a shaver plug. Take your product with you to be on the safe side so you can ask if there will be any danger. Good luck.

omg u live in the uk??? I WANT TO LIVE THERE SO BAD!!! Im thirteen tho so I'd have to come up with some serious douh to go live there! lol but i dint know u had different plugs?? if I understand u right then u have three holes and we only have two? maybe i got it wrong but if ur plugs look like two flat ones on the top and on round one on the bottum inbetween the two top ones them we have that and soem of our plugs have that round one and some dont! srry if I couldnt help! :) good luck

You're gonna have to buy a voltage converter and an adaptor.

Yes just go to your local electrical store. They will have the adaptor that can convert the voltage. You must check the voltage first. Its best if you take the product to the electrical store and say you want an adaptor for this and they will check it for you there. These kind of adaptors costs only a few pounds. You can check on ebay too :)
