  1. i have the same question so e-mail me if you have success

  2. if you lay on your side and bend your knees (facing the wall) and lift the leg on top up and down keep your hips forward, lift your leg but make sure to keep it bent and to keep your toe touching your ankle. its kind of hard to explain on the computer. but keep on doing ballet it will help too.

  3. First, you can trust practice your turnouts, and find out what a "good" turnout feels and looks like.

Second, the frog is a great way XD

  4. there aren't really any exercises but yoo should find your perfect turnout whilst watching your feet so yoo know how it should feel when yoo have a gurrd turn out.....watch your feet as yoo practice to make sure that ur feet maintain their perfect position and then if yoo keep doing this when yoo luk ahead ur feet should be trained and will have a better turnout...also....yoo could lie on ur stomach, put the soles of ur feet together and pull ur feet towards yoo.stand infront of the television and standin ur perfect position...hope this helped...I'm not realy the best person to ask because I was blessed with a gurrd turn out lol. bye x*x

  5. try doing the frog. you lie on you stomach and open your legs as far as they wil go comfortably whilst keeping your hips on the floor. then bend your legs so your feet are touching. you can sit like this watching the tv.

also lie on you back with your legs up the wall, bend your legs with your feet together and push your knees into the wall with your hands.

also lying on the floor if you can get someone else to sit on your bum to keep your hips down like with the frog open your legs as far as you can then close, open, close keep repeating. its really tiring but it improves turnout and flexability.
