Het im 12 and i go to bed at 11pm on weekends ans watch tv til 12 and wake up from 9-10am. And on weekdays i go to bed at 9 or 10 and watch tv til like 10:30 or 11 and wake up at 8. is this ok cause my mom is saying that this isnt good?

  1. I Go To Bed At 5:00am For Some Reason Because I Can't Sleep And Wake Up At 9:00am And This Is No Lie So You'll Be Okay Its Not A Bad Thing Your Not Gonna Get Sick Or Anything!


  2. You should be getting up at 7-8 am each day. If you up so late you can't wake at an eary hour its not good.

  4. On the weekends and weekdays you get 10 hours of sleep when what you are supposed to get is 8. If I were you I'd contact a local professer and email them.

  5. It is recommended that everybody has at least 8 hours sleep every night, so yeah, I suppose, but I wouldn't be able to do that, I love my bed!!!!!

  10. Well it depends what time you go to school. I think 12am is far to late even on weekends. 9pm to 10pm on the weekdays I think is fine but some kids have to get up at 6am and going to bed at 10 and waking up at 6 is not enough sleep. If you wake up at 6 I would go to bed anywhere from 8:45pm to 9:45pm. Any later you wont feel well the next day. For weekends I think anywhere from 9pm-11pm is fine as long as you sleep late meaning 9:30am to 11:00am. But make sure you are getting enough sleep because that is really important. Also if you wake up for school at 7am or later then going to bed at 10 or 11 is fine but if you wake up any earlier stick to around 9pm. I hope this helps and to give over all review:

    If you wake up at 6am

    -Go to bed 8:45pm-9:45pm on Weekdays

    -Weekends go to bed at 11pm be sure to sleep at least until 9am

    If you wake up at 7am or later

    -Go to bed 9:30-11:00pm on Weekdays

    -Weekends go to bed at 11pm be sure to sleep at least until 9am.

  11. im 12 almost 13 and I do the same thing.As long as your not tired in the morning and it isn't affecting you school work you should be fine.

  12. You shouldn't be watching TV that late! And i don't think most 12 yr olds stay up that late either. But that isn't a value judgment.

  13. My health teacher told us something once: Every hour of sleep BEFORE midnight restores the body twice as much as every hour after. Generally speaking, the old addage "Early to bed, early to rise," is better for you.

  14. Well on weekdays it isn't because you have school. Go to bed at like 8 or 8:30.
