PLEASE edit a picture for me? ASAP!!?

Okay, my brother edited this picture of my dad to make him look like a monster and he said if i can get it edited better, he'd pay me. lol... so i was wondering if anyone can spare some time to EDIT this pic and make it look monstrous??

it was my first time doing something like this, and the top of his head kinda got messed up. i did my best, i hope you like it :]
