PLEASE help me help my brother....?

My step brother moved in with us this past year and my father treats him like ****, he is allways beating him up and hurting him wen he has done nothing wrong, and worst of all Tyler takes it, he dosent stand up for himself, I was gonna get help for him but he begged me not to because he said its better than getting no attention at all, I love my brother but I cant stand him going through this pain and abuse but I cant go against what he told me either??

Your brother is really lucky to have you. you need to talk to your dad, emphasise that what he is doing is morally and legally wrong. Where is Tyler's mum, does she know about this?. it is painful to think that your brother is so desperate that he will tolerate abuse as "attention". I think if push comes to shove you should report your dad because this is not going to get better without intervention. Best wishes, you sound like a lovely sister!

maybe you should talk to the ppl that are doing this to him!

and you're brothers needs to get real help no matter how much he doesnt want to.
