I was running down a hill ,and well on the turning point of the hill the turn was to sharp causing my ankle to slightly twist on the outside side of the ankle. it's a hill with sand so it slipped do to the turn. I was scared but i could still run and walk. I even went back uphill to practice my turns on the way down the hill. I went back home iced it and went out for a walk just to exercise it a bit. Today it hurts a little more and well i can still walk and rotate it but it feels like a little internal bruise&SORE IT['S STILL GOOD THOUGH.IM TAKING 2/3 DAYS OFF IS THAT GOOD? IM GOING TOP DO THE RICE METHOD ANY OTHER IDEAS AND OPINION PLEASE RESPOND BACK PLEASE I DON'T THINK ITS SERIOUS THOUGH JUST A SLIGHT TWIST
