There is no best way in general.  The best way FOR YOU is the way that feels best FOR YOU.  You discover this by paying attention to your feelings when you m********e, and experimenting with different touches and ways of playing with yourself.  I would also offer the advice that you not get into the habit of rushing through your masturbation sessions, to achieve o****m as fast as possible.  If you do it this way every time, it will become an established pattern, and will interfere with the experience when you have s*x with someone else (at which point it would be called premature ejaculation).
