PLEASE makeup help!!!!

Question

-my dress is tangerine (sort of dark pinky orangy)

-dark brown hair (like not DARK DARK but not light)

-olive skin

-hazel eyes

what colours do i use for makeup and what is good eye makeup that i could do for a dance?

I have a different idea.

Go with your skin and eye colors. Do the make up to enhance it and also see it does not clash with the dress.

The fashion now says a natural look. After the foundation, do a highlight on cheeks and nose.

There are some Desert shades that will be perfect.

Use Mineral powders.

Get a lipstick that is more natural- like a soft pink. Dark will look too loud with the dress shade.

Use a starry gloss.

Now the eyes. Again use Mineral eye colors.Simply neutral is a set of 4 - Opal, Creme, Sable and Bittersweet. Eyes look Gorgeous! Natural, yet effective.

Am looking at Mary Kay. Available on their website. But you can buy any, just check the colors and match them elsewhere.

It will all look subtle yet stunning.

You will be a hit.

Golds, dark pinks, maybe a greyish-lilac colour for eye shadow. For lipgloss, a very light baby pink might be nice like this:

(but obviously not from Dior) =]

Try to stick to black mascara or dark browns.

Hmmm....For a lady like you, i recommend you to put on gold or shimmery dark brown eye shadow with black eyeliner and cherry coloured lipgloss! Just in case, either wave your hair with a brush or perm your hair at a salon..i prefer wavy...saves more money..please take my advice, i've tried it before..i'm like you except my eyes are darker! try it !:)

i think you should put on glittery, shimmer dark brown or  gold/ bronze  eye shadow with black eyeliner, on the outside of your eye, and lightly on the eyelid blend it with your eye shadow, to make a smokey eye affect a light pinky lip gloss!  :)

Either, orange eyeshadow and clear lipgloss and a little blush on cheekbones. - like this but orange eyeshadow:

Gold eyeshadow and smidge of eyeliner in corners of eyes x

Or, Orange eyeshadow with black eyeliner and clear lip gloss.

Theres a nice london rimmel eyeshadow that would suit you.Colour Rush 321 Walnut pearls.Its got a slightly sparkly beige one and a shimmery cream one. Also try out peach and soft pastel pinks. :) I'm sure you'll look fab

You should try a matte medium brown eye shadow, use a brush though, also ues eye liner (black).

For your lips try a medium pink/browny lip liner with a really glossy gloss (NO GLITTER) i think your outfit would go with matte make-up. and for the blush try a matte (again lol) medium pink/brown colour. remember to put the blush from just under the cheek bone up toward just above the ear. this should exsentuate your gorgeous face.

dark brown eyeshadow maybe, or if you're an adventurous person (which it seems you are, from the dress choice), try a slightly sparkly navy blue, like Midnight Dazzle Dust by barryM , and some gold eyeliner (you can probably find some at barryM as well) on the waterline (the skin-coloured strip next to your bottom eyelashes). don't forget black mascara.  x*x
