PLEASE minor possession of beer in south carolina??? what is the usual form of punishment? i

it was written down as a traffic ticket.. i have court in 1 month. i am 18 years old and i do have my drivers license. i wasn't driving the car when i got caught with the beer and i was not under the influence either. please help me

usually they'll give you a fine and make you do community service.

Was the beer opened? Your looking at a fine, nothing more since you were not charged with DUI. Just pay, lesson learned.
