i want a DELICIOUS, AWESOME, AMAZING, but HEALTHY fruit smoothie. like, using frozen yogurt instead of ice cream? Can someone please give me a recipe for that description? I would REALLY appreciate it.

  1. My mum makes the best smoothies. She uses a whole family tub of natural yoghurt, about 10 strawberries, about 20 raspberries, a banana or 2, then adds a small cup of  orange, apple or pineapple juice, she also adds a couple of tablespoons of Manuka Honey which is really good for you, She then blits it up in her smoothie maker till smooth. It is so yummy.


  2. I put fat free vanilla yougurt into a blender with strawberries and a banana. Then i add apple juice (just a little) and blend it.

  3. well if u buy a bag of different kind of fruits like peaches strawberrys blue berrys and more then it usually has a recipe but if u buy frozen fruit ( berrys could work to ) u could put just plain yogert or berry yogert and some juice then put it in the blender then wala there is a smoothie

    Ingredients:

        * 1/2 cup of your  favorite fruit, such as peaches, bananas, pineapples, strawberries, mangos, etc.

        * 3/4 cup of yogurt

        * 1 cup milk

        * 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)

    Preparation:

    Peel the fruit, if appropriate, and cut them up into small pieces.

    Put all of the ingredients into a blender and puree them together until smooth.

    Pour into a chilled glass and serve with a straw.

    Keep in mind that you may have to add ice or use frozen fruit if you really want to serve it cold. Also, a banana may be needed to get the smoothie to the right consistency (thick and creamy).

I put a handful of blueberries, blackberries and raspberries in a blender along with half a bottle of Fusion berry yogurt, some V-8 Acaci berry fruit juice and a 1/2 inch of Grey Goose vodka (optional). I make about 20 oz. It's delicious, loaded with antioxidants and it should meet your daily fruit requirement.

    its all up to taste how much and what ingredients you should add.  it can be as simple as plain yogurt or frozen yogurt, and one fruit, or flavored yogurt, and a diffferent fruit.
